About Us

Yaletown Medical Clinic was established in the rapidly growing neighbourhood of Yaletown in July of 2000. Our purpose is to provide communities with medical services for your optimal health and wellness. Our experienced physicians are Canadian trained and Board certified in family medicine. Our Services include, among others, women's health and maternity care, pediatric and infant medical care, sports medicine and injuries, travel medicine and urgent care.

Yaletown Medical Clinic has an established family practice led by Dr. Imtiaz Hassam, Dr. Hassam is a certificant of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He is an associate staff member at St. Paul's Hospital, Dept. of Family & Community Medicine, a clinical instructor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia in Sport Medicine.

We are currently accepting new patients.

Our clinic expanded in 2003 to include wellness services providing ongoing, preventative health care and treatment.
